1. Object
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “GCS”) govern the contractual relations between the Customer using the site https://gustavienne.com hereinafter referred to as the “Site” to make a remote purchase from GUSTAVIENNE brand products (hereinafter referred to as “the Product / s”) sold by the company SUEDE IMPORT (hereinafter referred to as “SUEDE IMPORT”), whose head office is 20 bis rue des Champs 92600 Asnieres-sur-seine – registered with the Nanterre RCS under number 401 305 370, with a secondary establishment 46 rue de Colombes 92600 Asnieres-sur-seine.
GUSTAVIENNE is a brand of the company SUEDE IMPORT.
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTS) only concern Customers who are natural persons or legal persons who do not act in the context of their activity, ie “B to C” (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”). Relations with Professional Customers in “B to B” are framed by other conditions which are available to any professional by making a request to order@suedeimport.com
2. Fields of application – Duration
Any purchase on the Site is subject to all the terms and conditions in force on the Site on the date of validation of the order.
The Customer can only validate his order after having duly read the GTS and have expressly and irrevocably accepted them by checking the icon dedicated for this purpose.
The Customer has the option of saving and / or printing these Terms.
3. Completeness
These conditions express the entire obligations of the parties. In this sense, the Customer accepts beforehand and without reserve all the provisions provided for in the CGV. If the Customer disagrees with the GTS, he must not use the Site.
No general or specific condition appearing in the documents sent or delivered by the Customer can be incorporated herein, since these documents would be incompatible with the GTS.
SUEDE IMPORT reserves the right to adapt or modify its T & Cs at any time without notice.
In case of adaptations or modifications, the GTS applicable to the Customer’s order are those which were online, and which the Customer accepted on the day of placing their Order.
4. Product information
4.1. Consultation of product characteristics
SUEDE IMPORT presents on its Site the products as well as their detailed descriptions allowing the Customer to know, before taking the final order, their essential characteristics.
Each product presented on the Site (hereinafter referred to as “product” or collectively “products”) is the subject of a file which gives the essential characteristics of the product: its designation, its essential characteristics, its photo, its price. These indications are made to inform the Customer but they cannot be exhaustive. The photographs of the products presented on the Site are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the products offered, in particular with regard to colors.
All photographs or information of the products presented are not contractual and are given as an indication. In the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the products and their representation on the Site, SUEDE IMPORT cannot be held liable.
In particular, the difference in perception of shapes and colors between the photographs or graphics presented and the products cannot engage the responsibility of SUEDE IMPORT.
4.2. Availability of products – Price – Validity of the offer
The offers of the products as well as the prices appearing on the Site are valid for the current day. A product that has become unavailable is indicated with the mention: “This product is no longer in stock”.
It is also specified that the simple fact of adding a product to the basket does not constitute validation of the order. It is quite possible that the product becomes unavailable between the time of adding it to the basket and the validation of the order by the Customer.
In the event that the unavailability of the product or service is noted after validation of payment, the Customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
The Customer will then have the choice to cancel or modify their order by sending an email to order@suedeimport.com or by calling +33 (0) 1 40 86 06 03.
In case of cancellation of all or part of his order (corresponding to the unavailability of the product)
