GUSTAVIENNE will send the Customer a return receipt to confirm that the request for withdrawal has been taken into account.

In the case of an order already delivered, the Customer then has from the date of his request for withdrawal a maximum period of 14 days to return the product according to the terms provided in this.

GUSTAVIENNE will then reimburse him for the entire order, excluding delivery costs.

However, GUSTAVIENNE will not reimburse any additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method.

Returned products travel at the expense and risk of the Customer.

The return (s) of the product (s) is made in their original packaging, and in good condition, accompanied by all possible accessories and documentation. Returned items assembled, used, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

– Customer choice between exchange or refund

Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will be made according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

The date used for reimbursement is that of the first of these facts.

If the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal before the delivery of the order, the refund will be made within 3 days
